BlueRx (PDP) is provided by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama and UTIC Insurance Company, independent licensees of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, and has a contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) that is renewed annually, and availability of coverage beyond the end of the current contract year is not guaranteed. Benefits, formulary, pharmacy network, provider network, premium and/or copayments/coinsurance may change on January 1 of each year. You will receive notice when necessary.
